Matthew Crooks, M.D.
Dr. Crooks is a double board certified, fellowship trained interventional pain specialists. He specializes interventional and multimodal pain management, and is passionate about improving the lives of his patients by limiting the impact of chronic pain. Dr. Crooks is dedicated to the doctor-patient relationship and its role in managing chronic pain, restoring function and getting back to life. Dr. Crooks completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was selected Chief Resident of the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine for the 2008-2009 year. His is a member in good standing of the Arizona Medical Association, North American Spine Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
